Since then the band has played on several shows at Lucky Bar and Element Nightclub. Their last appearances were at Victoria's 10th Anniversary Ska Festival playing alongside Mexico's Maskatesta and New York's Subatomic Sound System. Now they will be headlining with EastWave Radio from Portland, Maine. This will be an awesome display of roots, party reggae and ska all combined in one! June 4th 10:30pm - 2am doors at 10pm The Idlers @  Lucky Bar It's been almost five years in the making but FINALLY St. John Newfoundland's THE IDLERS are going to make the mammouth trek from Canada's far east to far west - one Island to another... The Idlers are an eleven-piece reggae circus from St. John's, Newfoundland. Their unique sound comes from a love for reggae, ska, and afro-beat, peppered with a little Celtic. Ringmaster Mark Wilson fronts a solid rhythm section, and heavy horns, bringing audiences to frenzy since they began in April 2006. This is highly anticipated and is going to be insanely good!
