Bringing you a blend of reggae and soul, their debut self titled EP is already getting airplay in Vancouver, British Columbia, Los Angeles, California, Montreal, Quebec, Seattle, Washington and London, England. The band grabs you immediately with the infectious first single “Downpour” and the soulful hard hitting “Knockin’ On My Door.” With this promising introduction and a year that saw them play The Victoria Ska Fest, Shambhala Music Festival, The Vancouver Latin Festival, The Seattle Ska Fest, The Valuables have grown into a premier live experience. Reigning from Vancouver BC, The Valuables gather influences from the roots music of Jamaica and late sixties soul of the United States. It has been said that with their retro sound, The Valuables can turn any venue into a 60’s dancehall.
