DJ COLLAGE
MISTA CHATMAN (formerly known as DJ Collage) is a solid sound within the global music community worldwide. For the past few years, his vocal performances have been featured on releases by a diverse roster of artists such as: Delhi 2 Dublin, Machinedrum, Filastine, DJ/Rupture, Poirier, Meat Beat Manifesto & several others. And as a live performer, he has performed alongside many top names in the reggae world such as: Yellowman, Nicodemus, Collie Buddz, Sly & Robbie, Mad Professor, Inner Circle, Easy Star All-Stars and many, many more. With his recording collaborations and performances, he has been able to bridge his unique style of dancehall toasting to various forms of music such as Dubstep, Electronica, Hip-Hop and Bhangra. And in addition to these recording collaborations & shows, Mista Chatman can be found performing regularly at events like San Francisco's monthly event-Non Stop Bhangra, Dub Mission, Thursday Ting in Vancouver, and his own Seattle based Monday night reggae party- JAM JAM. He is also a frequent collaborator of the Vancouver based Celtic/Bhangra act- Delhi 2 Dublin and can be seen performing with them often. In fact, his guest appearance on their new album PLANET ELECTRIC marked the debut of his performance name change from DJ Collage to Mista Chatman
