Due to the strike at the University of Victoria Student Union Building the venue and date has been changed to Element Nightclub on Sunday, October 5th/2008.

Come out to ELEMENT NIGHTCLUB on SUNDAY, OCTOBER 5TH for three awesome bands. Nine Mile are no strangers to Victoria playing everywhere from Alix Goolden Hall opening and touring with Xavier Rudd to outdoor back patios in Victoria. These guys take music seriously and are ready to entertain with their unqiue blend of reggae, folk and rock. They will also be bringing us new music with their forthcoming album for this fall. Brave New Waves are our reggae/surf local heroes. Island music beach bums whose main intent is to get people stoked about their music and dancing - can't go wrong... + We finally have special guests The Vista who have an exciting sound filled with funk, jazz and ska. They have a new album being released now so they'll have tons of new material;) So when you put all three of these bands together you'll get one nice big reggae, folk, funk ska pub party at Element.
