Rocksteady Collective is back to celebrate its 6th birthday! Once again, the Rocksteady Collective is bringing that good visual art to the festival, showcasing some of the freshest local artists around. Combined with special intimate shows from some of the Fest's musical acts, burlesque (Provided by Amethyst Dance Troupe) and a new culinary component (Creations from chef Eric Holden) this years Rocksteady Collective exhibition promises to thrill and delight all of your humanly senses.
To rock the dance floor on Night 2 we have a quartet of West Coasts performers, presenting the many facets of reggae music and culture. Our resident beat-farmer BOUSADA is sure to bring those groove-heavy vibes to get you shaking. BUCKMAN COE is going to fill up your gypsy soul with his solo-sweetness. MR. FANTASTIK, repping Ghana by way of Vancouver, is going to give you some dense, grimy positive dancehall vibes, while renowned DJ/selector/ DUBCONSCIOUS will be bringing the reggaedancegrooves like nobody's business. Come down and enjoy these special, up-close-and-personal performances while being surrounded by the bright, beautiful creations from new and established artists.
This event is FULLY LICENSED for 19+.
Both nights of Rocksteady Collective shows are $10 at the door with proof of purchase of any other Ska & Reggae Fest show/ticket. $15 without.

DJ Dubconscious has come to represent both the east and the western coast of Canada.
